Job Summary

Your sales knowledge will help WorkPay drive results and continuously build on the product through feedback received from enterprise clients.
What you bring to the role:
  • 4+ years of experience with SaaS Enterprise Sales
  • Experience working in a competitive diverse fast-paced technology environment
  • Strong track record of exceeding revenue targets
  • Manages a Sales Methodology (You bring the science of sales to the table)
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and in all environments.
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS and enterprise solutions market trends
  • A client advisor who provides good customer insight

Responsibilities

As the WorkPay Enterprise Sales Rep you will:
  • Develop and expand a portfolio of new enterprise clients across East Africa.
  • Design sales visits and presentations to pitch service and solutions to Enterprise clients.
  • Negotiate sales, package discounts, and long-term contracts with Enterprise clients
  • Actively track progress toward goals and document it on proper tools
  • Become fluent in all products and solutions WorkPay offers
  • Be the trusted advisor directing clients on the pros and cons of various competing products or services
  • Gain familiarity with the HRM/Payroll industry, and stay updated on trends and innovative products for our enterprise clients
  • Manage customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities for Enterprise clients.

Job Requirements

Required education: Bachelor's degree
Required relevant work experience: 5 years
Required languages: English (Spoken: fluent | Written: fluent)
