Job Summary
Position Level: Junior Level
Organizational Relationship: Functional reporting to the Partner Manager & Launcher General
Compensation: Kshs 192 Per Hour -Monthly hourly based Pay + Commission based revenue (Kshs 130 ,000 per annum on delivered signups)
Payment Model: Monthly Fixed Pay with a 208+ hours/Month work schedule
Special Attributes: Passionate about outdoors and meeting customers, persistent retail partner acquisition , network Market Place acquisition , technology enthusiast. Medical students on short academic learning breaks are also encouraged to apply.
Work Structure: 1/2 day desk a week. Job will require extensive out of office partner visits and engagement for the reminder of the week
Qualifications – Sales Acquisition Agent
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics or can be substituted with significant hands on experience in an extreme customer acquisition environment
  • 1-3 years’ Experience in sales
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • Demonstrate exemplary communication, project management, negotiation and market research skill Functional reporting to the Partner Manager & Launcher General

Responsibilities

1. MAIN TASK : DEMAND GENERATION

  • Present, promote and sell products, services to existing and prospective customers
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Attend customer events and conferences and conduct marketing
  • Organize product presentations at hospitals retail sector
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
2. MAIN TASK : CUSTOMER MEETINGS SALES PITCH

  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

Job Requirements

Required education: Diploma, Associate's degree
Required relevant work experience: 2 years
