Job Summary

Education Requirements:

University degree mandatory

Related Work Experience:

8+ years of experience in Trade Marketing with deep Execution and Operations understanding.
Strong business acumen with broad and deep understanding of consumers, shoppers and customers is mandatory with ability to bridge consumer/brand opportunities with market relevant initiatives.
Proven Strategic, Analytical and Financial Skills to develop feasible solutions to the system.
Proven System knowledge and processes understanding across channels.

Responsibilities

Responsible to leverage consumer and market insights, translating them into trade and promotional initiatives tied to brand strategy, maintain competitiveness within and across channels, strengthen relationships with customers and consumers, and drive profitable growth .
Proactively seek to optimize promotions calendar and market investment across brands and categories maximizing consumer impact, sales and profit, based on a deep understanding each initiatives Return on Investment.
Responsible to set up analytical tools and scorecards to measure initiatives in market execution performance.
Leverage Assets and Strategic Partnerships to deliver value added and unique experiences to our consumers and customers.
Proactively collaborates with Marketing and Winning @ Point of Sale Team to define Quarterly market picture of success.
Responsible of documenting a postmortem for each initiative with key success factors as well as opportunities to learn and reapply accordingly.
Tracks and Benchmark Competitors / FMGC´s market and promotional activities effectiveness.
Subject Matter Expert /Go-to person for promotional-trade initiatives design and recommendation.
The role is an individual contributor laid out as an end to end system capability.
