Description

Qualifications & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Recognised project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent).
  • Agile or hybrid delivery certification (Scrum, Disciplined Agile, SAFe or equivalent) preferred.
  • Change management certification desirable (PROSCI or equivalent).

Responsibilities
  • The Digital Transformation Project Manager (PMII) leads the delivery of strategic digital initiatives within the Delivery Centre of Excellence of the Global Technology & Digital Solutions division of World Vision. This business-focused proficient project management role ensures that approved business investments are translated into value-led, usable digital capabilities that enable business-led change and adoption and ultimately contribute to measurable business value.
  • The Digital Transformation Project Manager leads delivery across the full value chain — from approved intent and validated requirements through build, quality assurance, release, and operational readiness — enabling the business to realise sustained outcomes over time.
  • The role orchestrates delivery across the Delivery Centre of Excellence disciplines — Business Analysis, Quality Assurance, and Change & Adoption — while coordinating closely with wider GTD functions such as Architecture, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure & Operations, and external partners.
