Job Description
The Sourcing Manager is responsible for overseeing the full Talent Acquisition operation, ensuring optimal resource utilization, strong cost control, and alignment between hiring demand and pipeline capacity.
This role serves as the operational strategist, translating business objectives into actionable hiring plans, productivity frameworks, and sourcing strategies. The Sourcing Manager will lead multiple TA verticals—including Sourcing, Talent Screening, Pipe Building, and Head Hunting—ensuring cohesive and efficient delivery for the U.S. market.
Skills & Qualifications
Hard Skills
- 7–10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Operations, or Recruitment Delivery.
- Proven experience managing large-scale teams (80–100+ FTE) across multiple sourcing functions.
- Strong background in U.S. recruitment operations (required).
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational improvements and manage complex delivery environments.
- Proficiency in KPI management, cost control, and process optimization.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage overall hiring performance across all Talent Acquisition units:
Sourcing, Talent Screening, Pipe Building, Head Hunting, and Call Center teams.
- Monitor and optimize Cost per Hire (CPH) to ensure financial efficiency and maximize ROI across the hiring funnel.
- Ensure optimal utilization of marketing and sourcing inputs, reducing lead waste and improving conversion rates.
- Align hiring projections with real-time demand, collaborating closely with Director, Sales, and Workforce Planning teams.
- Oversee daily operations, staffing allocation, and headcount distribution to ensure SLA compliance, quality standards, and delivery volume.
- Develop and strengthen the middle-management layer (Team Leads and Supervisors), fostering performance, accountability, and operational discipline.
- Prepare and present operational reporting, analytics, and insights to support executive decision-making.
- Identify risks, process gaps, and improvement opportunities to enhance consistency and results.
- Ensure adherence to U.S. recruitment best practices, candidate experience standards, and funnel management excellence.
