Reporting to the General Manager – Vehicle Sales; the job holder will be responsible for promotion, building relationships and selling of TMD’s core services and products in line with the Organization’s strategic goals.


Responsibilities
Reporting to the General Manager – Vehicle Sales; the job holder will be responsible for promotion, building relationships and selling of TMD’s core services and products in line with the Organization’s strategic goals.


  • In collaboration with the Sales team; define the Strategize initiatives toward building business prospects, growth and relationships in vehicle and aftersales sections.

  • Draw the demand planning for Key accounts, Fleet customers in the region.

  • Manage key customer relationships through regular contacts and monitor continuously the Customer Satisfaction Index.

  • Monitor, measure, execute and report on the set strategic sales initiatives.

  • Using data-driven reports/analysis (e.g bankers, fleet customers etc); build business relationships, drive service contract signing/renewals and initiate customer driven retention programs.

  • Ensure continuous training on Product knowledge, facilitate continuous performance management of the team members.

  • Provide weekly/monthly management reports and as required.

  • Working directly with the general manager; make recommendations on both short and long-range advertising plans, sales promotions, staffing needs, lease promotions and compensation plans

  • Ensure customer experience is at its best and aligned to the set Isuzu Customer Satisfaction Index.

Job Requirements (Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field

  • Possession of CIM Diploma will be an added advantage.

  • Six (6) years of relevant experience with at least one year in supervisory role.

  • Strategic mind-set with ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

  • Excellent Customer Service and interpersonal skills
