  • Technical bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechatronics or mechanical engineering is preferred.
  • Excellent sales and interpersonal skills.

  • Ingredient industry experience in customer-facing roles with applied technical experience preferred.

  • Create enduring customer relationships through regular face to face contact with customers, staff and suppliers.
  • Develop profitable sales strategies and increase new machinery and equipment awareness.
  • Demonstrate a detailed technical understanding of company products and their application.
  • Create and drive profitable growth opportunities and achieve budgeted sales.
  • Cooperate with finance department to assure payments from customers are done within payment terms.
  • Monitor competitor activity and customer interests/trends to recommend strategies for increasing market share.
  • Support new products and machinery sales strategies.
  • Supporting engineers in new machinery installation and commissioning.
  • Generating timely reports on sales.
