Description
You might be a strong candidate if you
  • Have minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience in a fast paced environment, ideally with a bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma in Human Resource Management.
  • Are comfortable and experienced working in a multi-cultural and diverse environment.
  • Have an excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possess an excellent and people management skills.
  • Demonstrates good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge of human resource practices, Labor laws Demonstrate an excellent time management skill with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.


Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction across all levels, from associates to senior team members.
  • Manage the workforce to foster a strong performance-driven culture across teams.
  • Partner with line management by providing HR guidance when appropriate.
  • Address employee grievances professionally and within agreed timelines.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders and employees to strengthen working relationships.
  • Promote employee morale while improving productivity and retention.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of employment laws and day-to-day people management requirements to minimize legal risk and ensure compliance.
  • Ensure HR policies are current, clearly communicated, and accessible to all employees.
  • Safeguard employee data privacy and maintain accurate, up-to-date personnel records.
  • Provide timely and accurate payroll inputs for processing.
  • Participate actively in HR projects aligned with the overall HR agenda.
  • Deliver clear and accurate information through weekly and/or monthly HR reports.
  • Conduct regular field visits to monitor and promote field-based employee wellbeing.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
