ABOUT THE ROLE

The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for the hotel financial, and risk management operations to include the development of a financial and operational strategy, metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results within the policies and procedures as outlined in accordance with the hotel account manuals, corporate policies and procedures, and local requirements and regulations. We are looking for someone with good work ethics, integrity, accounting, auditing and reporting skills.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS & PROFILE



  • Five to ten years of previous experience in a similar job role in a five-star hotel. Proven track record

  • The candidate must have a first degree in Accounting or its equivalent and ICAN certification

  • The candidate should not be above 55 years old

  • Exceptional people management skills

  • Strong communication skills

  • Government relations
