- 3-5 years of financial reporting and analysis professional experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Statistics or related fields.
- ICAN/ACCA or other relevant qualifications.
Preferred:
· Understanding of SAP ByDesign ERP and MAMBU banking software.
· Previous experience in financial services sector (particularly in the micro lending business).

In this role, you will:
- Prepare consolidated monthly and annual Financial Statements, ensuring IFRS compliance with respect to disclosures requirements.
- Monitor the monthly closure procedures and ensure compliance by all entities (parent and subsidiaries)
- Ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and reporting financial transactions.
- Manage and analyze budget and create financial forecasts.
