  • Our client is looking for a seasoned HR Operations Manager to lead their HR functions, ensuring operational excellence and driving HR initiatives that support their mission of innovation in agriculture technology.
  • This role requires a blend of strategic vision and practical execution, with a focus on optimizing the HR operations to foster a high-performing, inclusive, and dynamic work environment.
  • You'll play a crucial role in enhancing employee experiences, streamlining HR processes, and aligning HR strategies with our business objectives.

Key Duties

  • HR Strategy Implementation: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations of the HR department, including but not limited to payroll, benefits administration, HRIS management, and compliance with labor regulations.
  • Talent Management: Lead the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent. Design and implement a comprehensive talent management strategy to develop a high-performance culture.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and oversee programs to foster employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being. Ensure the Agri-Tech sector's unique challenges and opportunities are addressed in employee development plans.
  • Training and Development: Assess training needs and develop training programs to ensure employees possess the necessary skills and knowledge. Promote a learning culture that supports ongoing professional development.
  • Policy Formulation: Develop and revise HR policies and documents as needed to adapt to changing business and legal landscapes. Ensure HR practices are compliant with regulatory requirements and best practices.
