- As the Operations & HR representative of the company, the following are the job descriptions and responsibilities expected to be carried out by you
- Management of staffing process which includes recruitment, interviews, hiring and onboarding of staff.
- Developing of training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
- Developing of job descriptions for employees and ensure they are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal laws and regulations.
- Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys and keep the strategy up to date.
- Design and implement employee retention strategies.
- Conduct performance and salary reviews, provide support and guidance to HR staff.
- Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
- Draft and review the legality of transactions, contracts, agreements and joint ventures with clients.
- Specify internal legal policies and represent the organization in legal matters relating to the business
- Liaise with vendors to get good bargain, government agencies on regulatory and ensure smooth running of the administrative department.
- Any other assignment as may be recommended by the management.
