  • Must have a B.sc Degree in Human Resources or in any relative field
  • Must have 1 or more relevant experience in HR.
  • Experience recruiting and successfully managing consultants, and ensuring the quality of their products.
  • Excellent leadership, management, and written and oral communication skills.
  • Stronginterpersonal skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for the Human Resources Department
  • Develop HR goals, objectives, and systems.
  • Carry out and/or cause to be carried out all HR and staff development functions, including recruitment, on-boarding, HR administration, performance monitoring, and compliance.
  • Provide assistance to staff regarding any HR issue.
  • Periodically review the records to ensure proper and timely payment is made to staff.
  • Ensure employee records are accurate, including old staff.
