  • Engagement with the Adamawa State Internal Revenue Service to continuously enhance the revenue collection processes, deepen and widen the revenue base, organising the hiring, monitoring all revenue stream partners and instituting quality assurance programs for effective and efficient collection of revenues.
  • Establishment and maintenance of a robust application platform where all activities related to collection and reporting of revenue activities is displayed for management use.

Requirements and Skills

  • Degree in Business, Operations Management or related
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a revenue enhancement executive
  • Proven work experience in revenue enhancement drive in any state or the FIRS
  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
  • Experience in budgeting and forecasting
  • Familiarity with business and financial principles
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Leadership ability
  • Outstanding organisational skills
  • Professional Qualification in Accountancy / Taxation.
