People Analytics:

  • Leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategic HR decisions and optimize talent-related processes.

Culture Transformation:

  • Leading cross-functional teams in fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and inclusion, resulting in improved employee morale and productivity.

Talent Management:

  • Implementing strategies for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent across diverse geographies and industries.

Global Expansion:

  • Facilitating seamless expansion into new markets while ensuring compliance with local regulations and cultural sensitivities.
  • Managing end-to-end talent lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and succession planning, across multiple regions and business units.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels to drive alignment and support HR initiatives.

HoldCo HR Business Partner:

  • Spearheading HR initiatives for an emerging HoldCo, collaborating with operating entities in mediatech and fintech sectors to drive cultural integration and talent development strategies.

HR Consultant:

  • Providing strategic guidance to executive leadership on HR matters, including organizational design, change management, and employee relations.
