• Proven experience of 2-3 years in management preferably in furniture and interior design setting.

• Deep knowledge of production management

• Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations

• Lead and supervise the workshop team, including artisans, craftsmen, and technicians, to ensure efficient and high-quality production of furniture and interior design elements.

• Monitor the workshop's daily activities and provide guidance and support to the team to meet production targets and deadlines.

• Develop, oversee and manage the workshop budget, ensuring cost-effective production without compromising on product quality.

• Identify areas for process optimization and implement measures to enhance workflow efficiency, reduce production lead times, and minimize operational costs.

• Manage and optimize the stock of raw materials, ensuring timely procurement to meet production demands while minimizing inventory costs.

• Develop and implement efficient production schedules, allocating resources effectively to complete orders on time and in line with customer requirements.

• Compile key information on material usage, production output, and resource allocation to generate regular reports for management analysis and decision-making.

• Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to coordinate production timelines, prioritize orders, and address any potential delays or challenges.

• Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship and product quality.

• Coordinate and schedule regular maintenance and repair of workshop machinery and equipment to ensure their proper functioning and longevity.

• Ensure that the workshop operates in compliance with all health and safety regulations, conducting regular safety audits and implementing corrective actions as needed.

• Collaborate with the Procurement Team to maintain positive relationships with suppliers, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely delivery of raw materials.

• Collaborate with the Interior Design and Sales Teams to ensure a seamless transition from design concepts to production, providing insights on technical feasibility and material options.

• Conduct performance evaluations for workshop staff, providing feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and recognizing exceptional performance.

• Implement inventory management software to track raw material stocks, monitor usage trends, and optimize inventory levels.
