A Diploma in Legal Practice
2-3 years of experience as a Legal Officer
A valid practicing Licence

Duties And Responsibilities
Secure evidence and documents for criminal proceedings
Attending court, giving support and being on watching brief in all the criminal files lodged on behalf of the company
Preparing witnesses for court to give evidence on behalf of the company especially in Criminal Matters
Prepare the company response in respect to the claims raised through demand notices by the clients
Attending at police to settle criminal files and represent the company in all legal aspects
Preparing witnesses for court to give evidence on behalf of the company
Ensure service of the legal documents to different offices where required
