Description

The role supports the Country Manager and Marketing Officer in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies across both online and offline channels. The incumbent will oversee trainer-related operations, including performance management, engagement, and issue resolution, while ensuring effective coordination within the trainers' team. The position plays a key role in enhancing customer acquisition, strengthening customer retention, and supporting the achievement of organizational growth objectives.

Education

BSc. in Food Nutrition and Dietetics, Food Science, or a related Human Nutrition discipline


Responsibilities
  1. Oversee the design, coordination, and delivery of training programs through various learning channels, including online seminars, printed manuals, group workshops, and training videos.
  2. Identify training needs and competency gaps by engaging with Country Managers (CMs), Country Assistant Managers (CAMs), Company Trainers (CTs), and other stakeholders to gather feedback and recommendations.
  3. Review and assess existing training materials to ensure they remain relevant, effective, and aligned with current business objectives and operational requirements.
  4. Develop, update, and customize training materials, manuals, and resources to address specific learning and business needs.
  5. Plan, schedule, and coordinate training sessions, ensuring adherence to the approved training calendar.
  6. Ensure strategic alignment of the Training Department with East Africa BF Suma business units and organizational goals.
  7. Monitor and evaluate trainer effectiveness and organizational training outcomes to ensure learning interventions achieve the desired business impact and performance objectives.
  8. Design and implement training solutions that address current and emerging business needs.
  9. Prepare and present training performance reports, recommendations, and improvement plans to management.
