Academic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
- Relevant technical or vocational training (1–2 years) in graphic design or animation is acceptable for diploma holders.
Professional Experience
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in graphic design and motion graphics (entry-to-mid-level role).
- Demonstrable experience creating digital and print marketing materials.
- Strong portfolio showcasing visual storytelling, creativity, and animation expertise.
Technical Proficiency
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and pre-press processes.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools into creative and marketing workflows.
Responsibilities
- Design high-quality graphics for digital and print platforms.
- Develop motion graphics, animations, promotional videos, and logo animations.
- Produce engaging social media creatives, advertisements, and video intros.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to execute integrated campaigns.
- Apply AI tools to enhance productivity, creativity, analytics, and ROI tracking.
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
