Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in sales (preferably Corporate coaching training programs)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing quota-driven environments
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Strong industry knowledge: Connections in multiple organisations in the country
- Experience selling products to businesses or enterprise clients is a strong advantage
- Data-driven mindset with experience in pipeline management and forecasting
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full sales cycle (prospecting → negotiation → closing)
- Convert qualified leads into paying customers
- Conduct product demos tailored to businesses and non-profit organisations
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Develop proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting in CRM tools
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas.
- Collaborate with SDRs, marketing, and product teams
- Identify new opportunities within target markets
