Job Summary:
Unit Managersupports the Business Owner to make sureeach Department (Shift Managers/ Staff Trainer/ Crew Trainer/ and Team Members)leads and maintains their specific responsibilities in our Kitchens. This means
helping the Department Managers to set their own goals, following up on their
progress, and providing coaching and direction to improve their departments. Byimproving their departments, the Kitchen improves! The
Unit Manager also helps with making sure eachDepartment Manager runs their department accurately and responsibly, ensuring the highest food quality, and maximum speed and maintaining food consistency as per thebrand’s standards.

3+years of relevant experience in operations and culinary management.
Excellentknowledge of Food Legislation, Relevant Codes of Practice & QualityStandards and Health & Safety Legislation
Restaurantand Kitchen Management experience.
Strongbackground in a fast food and delivery environment
Exceptionalcommunication and organizational skills – able to speak and listen effectively;great written, verbal, and presentation skills.
What You'll Do
Ensureexcellent operations in; Quality,Speed andAccuracy throughout each shift without supervision.
ManageKitchen Controls such as; labor cost, inventory, scheduling, orders on a dailybasis.
Followand enforce all restaurant safety and security policies and procedures
Coachand follow-up on crew to ensure excellent operations
Assistin continuing growth and development of employees inside the restaurant
Supportthe General Manager with setting and achieving kitchen set goals
Maintaina cooperative and harmonious working relationship between management teamand the Team Members
Ensuringthat all sanitation, safety and security policies and procedures are observedand enforced
