Description
The Sales Operations Officer is responsible for coordinating and supporting sales
Key Responsibilities
operations across all regions to ensure efficient execution of the company's sales
processes. The role serves as the operational link between the Sales Team, Marketing, Partnerships, Finance, Customer Support, and Operations to ensure leads are effectively
managed, customer approvals are processed on time, sales documentation is accurate, and sales teams receive the operational support required to achieve business targets. The role is also responsible for strengthening sales excellence through effective CRM
management, performance monitoring, process compliance, sales administration, and
continuous improvement of sales operations. Key Responsibilities
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Agribusiness, Sales
Experience
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience in Sales Operations, Sales Administration, Business Operations, Customer Support, or a similar role.
- Experience supporting field sales teams and coordinating cross-functional sales activities.
- Hands-on experience using CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and sales reporting tools.
- Experience in agriculture, renewable energy, financial services, or FMCG will be an
