🎯 About the Role

As a Sales & Business Onboarding Officer, you will identify, pitch, and onboard service providers (“Anchors”) onto the Resarv Booking Platform and R-Fit Fitness Ecosystem, helping merchants automate customer reservations, eliminate no-shows, and expand revenue.

📋 Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead Generation: Identify and prospect qualified service providers across key target sectors in Nairobi and beyond.
  2. Product Demonstrations: Deliver high-converting sales pitches and live product demonstrations of the Resarv platform.
  3. Customer Acquisition: Negotiate and convert prospective service merchants into active platform partners.
  4. Merchant Onboarding: Guide new partners through account setup, service profile creation, calendar configuration, and go-live training.
  5. Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships and offer after-sales support to drive merchant retention.
  6. Performance Tracking: Track key activity metrics and submit weekly pipeline reports to sales leadership.

🎓 Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on sales, account executive, or onboarding experience in software/services.
  • Skills: Outstanding communication, consultative sales presentation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Mindset: Self-motivated, target-driven, resilient, and thriving in an autonomous work setting.
