Required Skills and Experience

• Age: 20–40 years
  
• Physically fit; able to work outdoors, at heights, at night, and in emergency situations
  
• Familiar with routine inspection, maintenance, and safe work procedures
  
• Law-abiding with no criminal record
  
• Strong sense of responsibility; hardworking and able to follow instructions
  
• Ability to work in a team and under supervision
  

• Direct and guide vehicle and equipment movement on-site safely
  
• Assist with daily patrols, minor repairs, and facility maintenance
  
• Support emergency response and site safety operations
  
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and work standards
  
• Identify and report hazards or unsafe conditions
  
• Assist in traffic control and setting up safety zones
  
• Carry out other duties as assigned
