Alongside Kenya’s goal of achieving a 100% transition to clean energy by 2030, Sunculture in partnership with Yusudi is looking for people with a passion in renewable energy and agriculture who are willing to learn how to help others access clean energy solutions
.What’s in it for you?
A 3-month high-level sales training and workplace learning conducted by Yusudi and SunCulture designed to develop your professional selling skills. All the workshops will teach transferable skills, designed to be beneficial across a range of industries and career paths.
Based on performance during training, top-performing candidates will be absorbed for permanent employment at Sunculture as Telesales Agent.
An opportunity to mingle with and gain advice from Yusudi and Sunculture staff.
Certificate upon successful completion of the program.

Skills and attributes that will make you successful in this role:
You are passionate about renewable energy, agriculture and people orientated
You have some experience in sales and or love selling and want to make a living out of it
Personal targets motivate you & you have personal goals to fulfill with your earnings
Your approach is always, “how can I help?”
You are experienced working remotely.
You possess a growth mindset and an ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
Hands-on, detail-oriented, and with strong execution skills.
Excellent Communication Skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
Independent thinker with proactive decision-making capabilities
Be organized and be an expert in time management and meet deadlines.
Other critical criteria for application:
You have knowledge and experience using computers.
Minimum education qualification of a certificate from either a tertiary institution or any other higher education institution.
You are available outside Nairobi ( Preferably within the environs of Meru, Mitunguu, Mututhi, Thika, Machakos, Emali, Kilifi, Nakuru, Kakamega, Webuye, Busia, Kitale, Eldoret, Kisumu and Siaya).
Have a work experience of 1 year or you have sold something before either as an entrepreneur/hustler.
You are willing to learn and commit to the 3 months of virtual sales training.
You have stable internet connection, a laptop and a phone as the classes are virtual.
You have the time to commit to attending ALL the training and workplace learning sessions, except in cases of evidenced illness or emergency.
