Description
To provide accurate site measurements, setting out, and survey data to support the smooth execution of company construction projects while ensuring all works are implemented according to approved drawings and specifications.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in construction site surveying.
  • Knowledge in the use of surveying equipment and AutoCAD.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct site surveys and collect measurement data for construction activities.
  • Perform setting out for structures, roads, drainage systems, and other construction works.
  • Confirm site levels, alignments, dimensions, and boundaries before and during construction.
  • Interpret architectural and structural drawings for accurate implementation on site.
  • Monitor construction works to ensure compliance with approved measurements and layouts.
  • Prepare daily survey reports and maintain accurate survey records.
  • Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and contractors on survey-related matters.
  • Identify and communicate any site discrepancies or technical issues affecting construction progress.
  • Operate and maintain surveying equipment such as Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, and measuring instruments.
  • Assist in preparation of as-built drawings and project documentation.
  • Ensure all surveying activities follow company safety procedures and construction standards.
  • Support project progress tracking and quantity verification where required.
