HomeBiogas Kenya is looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead our local marketing

support, and brand trust.

• Experience in B2C marketing.
  

• Experience in agri-business, rural marketing, renewable energy, climate-tech, clean
  

  cooking, or similar sectors.
  

• Experience working with field sales teams or community-based campaigns.
  

• Experience creating video content, customer testimonials, or impact stories.
  

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing marketing activities

across Kenya, including:

• Build and manage local marketing plans to support sales growth.
  

• Develop strong storytelling around customer impact, savings, clean cooking, bio-
  

  fertilizer, and sustainability.
  

• Create and manage content for social media, digital campaigns, field marketing, customer stories, videos, posters, and sales materials.
  

• Work closely with the sales team to create campaigns that generate leads and improve
  

  conversion.
  

• Support launches in new regions, hubs, and partnerships.
  

• Manage local agencies, designers, photographers, videographers, and media suppliers
  

  when needed.
  

• Track campaign performance and improve based on results.
  

• Ensure all marketing materials are clear, consistent, and aligned with the HomeBiogas
  

brand.
