Description

We are looking for sales professionals to join our dynamic direct sales team. Your main objective will be to use your prospecting, analysis, and negotiation skills to acquire new clients. In this role, you will interact with SMEs across Africa and advise them on the best solutions to adopt for their businesses.

Overall, you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, including client onboarding. This position is intended for candidates who are enthusiastic about working at the intersection of business and software.

You will learn different management practices across various industries and how the different Odoo applications can be used to meet business needs.


Responsibilities
  1. Qualify prospects: Manage a pipeline of potential clients and evaluate how well they fit our solutions.

  2. Understand client needs: Conduct in-depth discovery meetings to understand clients’ needs, difficulties, and business challenges. Use this information to position our software solutions as the ideal choice.

  3. Product demonstrations: Deliver engaging and personalized product demonstrations that highlight the value and benefits of our solutions, while addressing the client’s specific challenges.

  4. Prepare proposals and quotes: Develop and present tailored proposals and pricing models to potential clients, ensuring they align with client requirements and company objectives.

  5. Negotiate and close sales: Lead negotiations on pricing, contract terms and conditions, address objections, and close sales to meet or exceed revenue targets.

  6. Collaboration with internal teams: Work closely with business analysts and customer success teams to ensure client needs are met and that feedback is shared for continuous improvement.
