We are seeking experienced educationalists to conduct qualitative data collection as part of our ongoing evaluation of the PEAS-DES Inspect and Improve Programme.

Those in the role will be conducting the World Management Survey, an interview designed to measure leadership skills within schools.

The surveys would be conducted over the phone, and last for around an hour. Training in use of the tool will be provided.

The roles will be temporary, running for around 3 weeks in June.


Requirements

Required Experience: Education Leadership or Conducting Qualitative Interviews.

Qualifications: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in social science or Education related course, postgraduate training in research is an added advantage.
