REQUIREMENTS

• Certificate or Diploma in any field (Higher education is an added advantage) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Familiarity with the local area and target audience
  
• Previous experience in marketing or sales (preferred but not mandatory)
  
• Self-motivated, target-driven and results-oriented
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team High level of integrity and professionalism
  
• Valid means of identification and a smartphone
  

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promote Milestone Institute programs and courses in your assigned area Identify and reach prospective students
  
• Organize and attend recruitment activities
  
• Provide accurate information about the institute Maintain strong relationships with prospects
  
• Achieve assigned recruitment targets Submit regular reports and market feedback
