Must be proficient in the general use of inventory database software, good working knowledge of MS Word and basic knowledge of MS Excel.

This is one of the 8 Supply clerk positions that perform clerical tasks, such as issuing and inventory of administrative supplies, to the ICASS agencies. Generates reports in the Integrated Logistics and Management System (ILMS) for services i.e., purchase and installation of residential rods, curtains, and sheers for the ICASS agencies. Stores these files until they are due for disposal. Conducts Expendable (EXP) annual inventories. Works under direct supervision of the Supply supervisor, Grade number C52231, and general supervision by the warehouse supervisor
