Selection Criteria:

Applicants should

1. Earned PhD in the relevant area from an accredited and recognized university.
   
2. Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience as an Associate Professor.
   
3. At least 60 publication points, with 40 from credible refereed scholarly journal articles and 20 from other scholarly outputs since becoming an Associate Professor.
   
4. Supervised at least 6 postgraduate students to completion, including 2 at the doctoral level, since becoming an Associate Professor.
   
5. Registered with a relevant professional body and in good standing.
   
6. Evidence of active community outreach/engagement.
   
7. Possesses relevant knowledge, skills, and competencies.
