As we enter an exciting growth trajectory, expanding into a national platform across Kenya and beyond, we are seeking to recruit a dynamic and results-driven Head of Events & Experience to take full ownership of our event strategy and execution. This role is central to shaping one of the most impactful education platforms in the region.

Your Role

You will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of all All Schools Expo events, ensuring exceptional experiences for exhibitors, sponsors, and attendees while driving growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute large-scale expos, conferences, and activations across multiple cities
  

• Manage exhibitors, sponsors, and vendor relationships end-to-end
  

• Drive event revenue, profitability, and overall growth
  

• Oversee logistics, branding, setup, and on-ground operations
  

• Ensure seamless, high-quality attendee and exhibitor experiences
  

• Coordinate timelines, budgets, and performance reporting
  

Who We’re Looking For

• 4–7 years’ experience in events, exhibitions, or large-scale activations
  

• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder events
  

• Strong organizational, negotiation, and leadership skills
  

• Commercial mindset with a focus on revenue and results
  

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment
