Requirements

• Age: 19 – 35 years
  
• Energetic, proactive, and willing to learn
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Comfortable engaging with people in public spaces
  
• Great skills in smartphone/tablet usage (apps, digital registration)
  
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement will ben an added advantage

Key
Responsibilities

• Promote Speedy Chui’s brand and smart locker services to the public
  
• Register new customers onto the platform
  
• Educate and guide users on how to use the Automated Parcel Machines (APMs)
  
• Drive consistent usage among onboarded clients
  
• Provide on-ground customer support for users experiencing difficulties operating the APMs
  
• Represent the company professionally in all interactions
