  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in electrical and instrumentation management roles in the cement or related industry
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems and equipment

Description

  • Dangote Cement Plc is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM) in Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) for the Cement Industry.
  • As the AGM E&I, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical and instrumentation operations of our cement plants, ensuring efficient and reliable production.

Duties

  • Manage and supervise the electrical and instrumentation team in the cement plants
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure optimal performance of electrical and instrumentation equipment
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
  • Monitor and control expenses within budget
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime
  • Stay updated with the latest technological advancements in electrical and instrumentation
  • Prepare reports and provide recommendations to senior management
