Do you love to sell, talk to people, and smash those big, crazy goals? Then we are looking for you to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales goals.




●       Greet customers, determine their needs and assist with their purchases

●       Offer product recommendations and educate customers on the features and benefits of our products

●        Create monthly plans on how to meet and exceed individual and store sales targets

●       Maintain a clean, merchandised, and organized store environment

●       Keep up-to-date with product information and trends to educate and understand the customers

●       Come up with creative sales and marketing strategies for in-store and promotional areas.

●       Complete sales transactions accurately, honestly, and efficiently


●       Aggressively acquire customers and create a sales pipeline to secure your sales

●       Learn and showcase creativity in your sales, marketing, and customer selling process. 

●       Collaborate with the rest of the team to achieve store goals
