Handle flight inquiries, reservations, ticket issuance, changes, revalidation, and refunds.
Operate international ticketing systems accurately and efficiently.
Ensure all ticketing transactions are completed in a timely manner.
Coordinate with the company's travel department to support travel arrangements.
Maintain accurate booking records and provide professional customer service.
Proficient in IATA systems, with commendable experience using Amadeus and Galileo GDS platforms.
Familiar with airline ticketing procedures and workflows.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
Willing to follow company work arrangements.
