Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (business, marketing, engineering, etc.).

  • Proven experience in a product specialist or product management role, preferably within the specific industry or product category.

  • Strong product knowledge and technical understanding of the assigned product.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Analytical mindset and the ability to use data for decision-making.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the assigned product or product category, including its features, functionalities, and unique selling points.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide product expertise during customer interactions, sales presentations, and product demonstrations.

  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor products, and customer needs to identify opportunities for product improvement or expansion.

  • Create and deliver training materials and presentations to educate internal teams, distributors, and customers about the product's value proposition.

  • Assist in resolving customer inquiries, technical issues, and product-related challenges, ensuring a positive customer experience.

  • Work with marketing teams to develop product positioning strategies, messaging, and marketing collateral that effectively communicate the product's value to the target audience.
