Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience, with strong exposure to capital markets / equity brokerage
  • Proven track record in sales-driven roles (not just relationship management)
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field
  • Relevant certifications (CIS, CFA, etc.) will be an advantage


Responsibilities
  • Drive regional revenue targets through increased equity trading volumes and client activity.
  • Develop and execute a territory coverage plan across various locations in Lagos.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities across Institutional clients, Corporates, Government entities and High Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs)
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with clear conversion targets.
  • Aggressively onboard new clients and increase active trading accounts.
  • Deepen wallet share from existing clients through cross-selling and advisory engagement.
  • Maintain strong engagement with top-tier clients to drive repeat trading flows.
  • Deliver tailored investment ideas leveraging internal research and market insights.
  • Actively drive order flow into Greenwich Securities’ trading platform.
  • Promote Equity brokerage services, Structured investment ideas and Market opportunities
  • Work closely with the Research and Trading teams to convert insights into execution.
  • Monitor regional market trends, competitor activity, and investor behavior.
