Job Purpose
The incumbent will be charged with the responsibility of establishing and deepening value-driven cordial banking relationships with all clients within the target market segments. He/she will aim to increase the Bank’s visibility among the target clients, achieve the profit targets as set by the bank, and work closely with relationship managers' teams to identify cross-selling opportunities and undertake the preparation of analysis or credit proposals as required.
Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities
Formulate a compelling value proposition targeting High Net Worth (HNW) customers, Corporate and SME clients that attracts new customers and retains existing ones.
Making regular visits to clients for both monitoring and business generation purposes.
Conduct account planning with relationship managers & cross-selling other products & services to Business clients to ensure multi-product relationships and a greater Share of the wallet.
Facilitating other lines of business in exploiting business opportunities through referrals to commercial & business Banking.
Establish effective & professional communication (both internal and external) to ensure turnaround time within designated parameters and higher client satisfaction levels.
Comply with internal audit requirements in line with the policy guidelines, to ensure high standards of uniformity and consistency across the Bank.
Keep abreast of developments in the local business environment to spot business opportunities. Contribute to the planning process to develop corporate business strategies.
Develop a strong level of local contacts with the local business, corporate and financial institutions community.
Job Requirements
Minimum bachelor’s degree in a business-related field from a recognized university.
Any professional qualification in Banking, Finance or Accounting.
A minimum of 7 years experience as a Relationship Manager managing HNI, corporate and SME clients and managing a team.
Knowledge of various banks’ products and services including those that are being developed.
Excellent understanding of credit, business, and industry-associated risks profile of diverse industries.
Analytical and presentation skills for pitching proposals and responses to Requests for Proposals and for preparing credit applications.
Demonstrate solid awareness of operational risk and quality while driving service excellence.
Knowledge of banking practice and local rules and regulations
Good knowledge of sharia-compliant banking operational process
