📍 On-site | Full-time | Monday to Friday, 4 p.m. – 1:00 a.m. Kenya Time

About the Role

The HR Operations Associate supports Human Resources Operations, Compliance, and Client Satisfaction. This role focuses on high‑volume compliance activities and ancillary services across the employee life cycle, ensuring operational efficiency and excellent customer experience.

Skills & Qualifications
  • English advanced

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Experience in administrative environments, we accept internships as work experience

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.



Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
  • Administer employee life cycle services (E‑Verify, employment screenings, I‑9 support, labor law poster compliance, new hire reporting, employment verifications, etc.).

  • Ensure timely entry of sensitive information to meet legal and procedural deadlines.

  • Collaborate with team members and partners across states and countries to improve HR service delivery.

  • Coordinate with third‑party vendors for exceptional service execution.

  • Process inbound mail, email, cases, and inquiries.

  • Organize and maintain filing systems.

  • Update tracking systems to improve organization and insight.
