We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Production Manager (furniture , interior, Branding) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of various branding items and signage, working closely with project teams, artisans, and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. The HOD Production must understand the process of furniture making. You will be the central hub, coordinating efforts, managing budgets, and guaranteeing all projects meet client expectations.


Responsibilities
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Production Manager (furniture , interior, Branding) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of various branding items and signage, working closely with project teams, artisans, and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. The HOD Production must understand the process of furniture making. You will be the central hub, coordinating efforts, managing budgets, and guaranteeing all projects meet client expectations.


  • Manage the production process for branding items (e.g., brochures, promotional materials, packaging) and signage (e.g., store displays, event banners, building wayfinding) from concept to completion.
  • Collaborate with project teams, designers, and marketing colleagues to understand project requirements, timelines, and budgets.
  • Oversee production timelines and track progress, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks or delays.
  • Supervise machine operator and installer on the production floor to ensure quality, perfect finishing, and adherence to dimensions and Design at all times.
  • Manage production budgets, ensuring efficient spending and staying within allocated resources.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Coordinate logistics and fulfillment, including delivery, installation, and inventory management.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Delegate project tasks based on individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in production methods and materials.
  • Contribute to process improvements and develop innovative solutions to streamline production workflows.
  • Any other jobs assigned by the HOD Project

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in production management, and furniture-making experience, ideally within the branding, signage, or marketing industry.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Strong understanding of production processes, materials, and vendor management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with inventory management systems a plus.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
