What You’ll Need To Succeed

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analysis, research, customer insights, or a similar role, preferably in a consulting or advisory capacity
  • Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Social Sciences, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to generate actionable insights from complex research findings
  • Proficiency in various research methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative, such as surveys, focus groups, interviews, and data analysis
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple customers simultaneously, delivering high-quality work on time and within budget
  • Knowledge of a wide range of marketing strategies, channels, and tactics, including digital, social media, content, and email marketing
  • A genuine passion for helping businesses of all sizes succeed and grow through informed marketing strategies
  • Comfortable working with autonomy and thriving in collaborative environments

  • Conduct thorough marketing research and analysis, including competitive intelligence and customer insights, to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges for our customers
  • Analyze and interpret research findings, generating data-driven insights and recommendations tailored to customers' unique business needs and objectives
  • Collaborate with customers to refine their marketing strategies, including target audience, customer segmentation, and brand positioning
  • Translate findings into campaign plans, content plans, or channel plans - from a data-driven perspective
  • Research and analyze 3rd party data sources that can complement and enrich customers’ 1st party data, to develop impactful insights and recommendations
  • Monitor and analyze clients' marketing performance, providing ongoing feedback and recommendations for optimizing campaigns, plans, and strategies
  • Monitor industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of the advisory and consulting services provided
  • Foster strong client relationships through clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
