Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  

• Minimum 2 years experience in sales or field team supervision
  

• Experience in FMCG or General Trade is an added advantage
  

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
  

• Analytical and problem-solving ability
  

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  

• Proficiency in basic reporting tools such as Excel and mobile apps
  

• Willing to travel extensively within assigned region
  

• Strong knowledge of local market dynamics
  

Key Responsibilities

Ensure achievement of sales, distribution, and activation targets

Conduct field visits for coaching, audits, and support

Ensure accurate and timely reporting daily, weekly, and monthly

Handle customer and outlet escalations within the region

Coordinate stock availability and movement with relevant teams

Enforce company policies and operational standards
