Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST)
100% Onsite
🚀 About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) with excellent communication skills, energy, and a strong sales mindset. This is a great opportunity for sales-driven professionals who want to grow in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while working with an international market.
🧠 Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential customers (leads) via phone, email, and other outreach channels.
- Qualify sales opportunities and book meetings for the sales team.
- Clearly and persuasively communicate the value of our products and services.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Meet monthly targets for outreach, lead qualification, and opportunity generation.
✅ Required Qualifications (Must-Have):
- Advanced English proficiency: excellent verbal and written communication skills (will be assessed).
- Previous experience in sales (retail, stores, product or service sales, etc.).
- Strong verbal communication skills, proactive attitude, and a commercial profile.
🎓 Nice to Have:
- Previous experience in B2B sales, SDR, or similar roles.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
