Description
Qualifications
- National Diploma (OND) in Accounting or Business Administration (or related discipline).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Accounting Package.
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Initiative and proactiveness.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective time management.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Receiving stock from the ports as required.
- Prompt processing of stock requisitions from Distribution Representatives.Cross-checking stock issued to other locations against waybills for accuracy.
- Timely and accurate posting of waybills and return-to-stock documents on QuickBooks.
- Compiling and submitting daily and weekly reports as stipulated.
- Ensuring zero stock discrepancies at all times.
- Conducting daily stock reconciliation using QuickBooks.
- Performing other assigned duties as required.
