Job Objectives

Our client is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Nurse to join our client’s team.
As the Head Nurse, you will play a key role in leading their nursing team and ensuring the highest standards of patient care within the fertility clinic.

Principal Duties / Duties

Lead and supervise the nursing team, including Registered Nurses and Nurse Assistants, to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Oversee all nursing activities within the fertility clinic, including patient assessments, treatment administration, and patient education.
Coordinate patient care throughout the fertility treatment process, from initial consultation to treatment completion.
Ensure compliance with clinic protocols, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Provide support and guidance to patients and their families throughout the fertility treatment journey.
Manage and maintain inventory levels of medical supplies and equipment within the clinic.
Participate in staff training and development activities to ensure the ongoing professional development of the nursing team.
Assist in the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of nursing staff.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
