  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suits
  • Good Record Management and organizational skills.
  • Customer orientation and ability to handle different types of customer behaviour
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward every caller atall times
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Resolving customer complaints and record details of the action taken
  • Processing orders and requests.
  • Direct request and unresolved complaints/grievance to the designated department for further investigation
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Provide weekly report to line manager
  • Ensure issues are resolved promptly and escalated as at when needed.
