Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5 years of hands-on experience in equity research, portfolio management, investment analysis, or asset management.
  • Strong understanding of equity markets and investment strategies.


Responsibilities
  • Manage equity portfolios in line with the company's investment strategies and client objectives.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, ensuring alignment with benchmark returns and risk parameters.
  • Execute trade orders efficiently and in compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.
  • Conduct fundamental and technical analysis of equity securities to identify investment opportunities.
  • Stay updated on macroeconomic trends, industry developments, and company-specific news.
  • Prepare detailed research reports and provide actionable investment recommendations.
  • Prepare periodic portfolio performance reports for internal and client review.
  • Communicate investment rationale and portfolio updates to the Head of Investment Management.
  • Assist in responding to client inquiries and providing insights on market developments.
  • Ensure all investment activities adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor portfolio risk exposures and recommend adjustments when necessary.
  • Work closely with the broader Investment Management team to align strategies and achieve overall business objectives.
  • Support ad hoc projects as directed by the Head of Investment Management.
