Job Summary
- Assist in providing assurance to the Management of Uraga real estate Limited on the effectiveness and efficiency of Risk Management and Internal Control process over operations,
- Report Audit findings to the Audit lead and follow up on Audit Recommendation.
Principal Duties and Duties
- Perform assigned Operational Audit and Compliance using Audit program.
- Draft Audit report and send to the Team lead for review.
- Assist the Team Lead to facilitate the development and implementation of suitable company’s standard operating policies and procedures.
- Assist in ensuring that all proceeds are properly accounted for, correctly posted and adequate records maintained across UREL operating companies.
- Liaise with co-workers to ensure their understanding of the Standard Operating Procedures.
- Participate in the inventory count exercise and ensure that the rules guiding the inventory count are complied with.
- Assist in fixed assets verification of both Uraga and Upbeat Centre.
